Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

At Grown Brilliance, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewellery and lab-grown diamonds. We warrant that all jewellery purchased from our India website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery, and that the optical properties of our lab-grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.

Our diamonds and jewellery are manufactured to the highest standards and carefully inspected before shipment. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, valid only for Grown Brilliance purchases, and is non-transferable.

Exclusions from Warranty:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage due to trauma, loss, or theft.
• Fading/discoloration from chemicals, swimming pools, perfumes, or improper storage.
• Thinning of prongs or loosening of stones due to regular use.
• Loss of stones caused by damage or accident.
• Jewellery serviced or altered by third-party retailers/jewelers not affiliated with Grown Brilliance.

Warranty Services (India)

• If you experience an issue due to manufacturing defects, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or call +91 73044 27090.
• We will provide a prepaid Blue Dart label so you can ship your jewellery to our India service facility.
• Once received, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the item. If covered under warranty, repairs will be completed free of charge (or the item replaced, at our discretion).
• If not covered under warranty, we will provide a price quote before beginning any paid repairs.

Repairs

Jewellery naturally requires care and maintenance. We offer repair services such as:

• Replacing side stones
• Tightening prongs
• Re-polishing
• Re-plating rhodium
• Thorough professional cleaning

You pay to ship the item to us, and we'll ship it back free of charge.

Ring Resizing (India Orders)

• Grown Brilliance India offers one free resizing within 30 days of your order's delivery (excluding eternity-style rings, which must be remade).
• Beyond the first resizing, additional resizing services may be available at a nominal fee, depending on the integrity of the design.
• Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us; we cover the return shipping after resizing.

Jewellery Insurance

We recommend insuring your jewellery against loss, theft, or catastrophic damage through your preferred insurance provider. While lab-grown diamonds are durable, they are not indestructible.
