At Grown Brilliance India, we want you to shop with confidence knowing that you are always getting the best possible price on lab-grown diamonds. If you find the same loose lab-grown diamond offered at a lower price by another legitimate retailer in India, we'll match it.

Because we source our diamonds directly from growers, we are confident that our prices are among the most competitive in India.

HOW DOES PRICE MATCH WORK?

• Price Match applies only to loose lab-grown diamonds, not finished jewellery.
• To request a price match, compare our diamond with another retailer’s diamond of the same 4Cs: Carat weight, Cut (including shape), Color, and Clarity.
• The competitor must be a legitimate Indian retailer with a publicly listed price on their official website. Private sellers, marketplaces, auctions, or pawn shops are not eligible.
• If the competitor’s diamond meets the same specifications and is in stock at a lower price, we will match it.
• To start a Price Match request, email our Customer Service team at [email protected].. Please provide the link to the competitor's product page for verification.

Our trained consultants (who do not work on commission) will review your request fairly. If approved, we’ll issue you a one-time coupon code for the matched price.

WHY ONLY LOOSE DIAMONDS?

Every finished piece of jewellery is unique in craftsmanship, weight, and design. Since no two pieces can be fairly compared, our Price Match program only applies to loose diamonds.

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Available for loose lab-grown diamonds only (not finished jewellery).
• Not valid on special custom orders.
• The competitor's diamond must match the same 4Cs: Carat, Cut (including shape), Color, and Clarity.
• The competitor's diamond must be listed on a public-facing Indian website and available for immediate purchase.
• The lower price must be current at the time of verification. Expired offers or temporary discounts will not be honored.
• Competitor promotions such as rebates, gift vouchers, bundled deals, or “buy one, get one” offers are excluded.
• Marketplaces, auctions, private sellers, or resellers are not eligible.
• Price Match requests must be submitted before purchase. Refunds will not be issued for post-purchase matches.
• Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other Grown Brilliance India offer, promotion, coupon, or discount.
• Our verification process may take up to 2 business days.
