Grown Brilliance offers free shipping on all orders delivered within India. Your jewellery will be shipped through our trusted logistics partner, Blue Dart. Each item is either In-Stock or Made-to-Order. The product details page will display your Estimated Shipping Date once you've configured your jewellery.

Made-to-Order Items

Most of our jewellery is Made-to-Order, requiring approximately 2–3 weeks for production and quality checks before shipping. An Estimated Shipping Date will be shown on the product page, shopping bag, checkout page, and in your order confirmation email.

Once ready, your jewellery will ship via Blue Dart standard delivery at no cost. Delivery confirmation: An OTP is required to fulfill your order’s delivery.

No address changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address for security purposes.

Delivery attempts: Blue Dart will generally make up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning the package to Grown Brilliance. We will contact you to arrange next steps if this occurs.

Serviceable areas: Delivery timelines may vary based on your pin code. If Blue Dart does not service your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Risk of loss: Risk of loss and title of the item passes to you, the customer, once we hand the package to Blue Dart.

Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect/incomplete address details.
