3. Do the free earrings or bands come with a certificate?

No. Promotional gifts (like stud earrings or matching bands) do not include diamond or jewellery certifications.

4. What if I return my qualifying order?

If the order value drops below the eligibility amount after a return, the free or upgraded gift must also be returned, or its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
